BOOKING POLICIES: • Credit card information is required at booking. Your card is not charged unless you are a No Call/No Show (Please read Cancellation policy). • Deposits are applied to the final balance. • Remaining balance accepted via: Exact Cash( No Change Provided), Debit/Credit card. • By submitting your service deposit, you confirm you have read the About section in full and agree to all terms and policies. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY: • Clients who fail to reschedule, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or fail to show will be charged the remaining balance of their service to the card on file. No exceptions. • No Call/No Show clients will be charged 50% SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: • No facial hair trimming, waxing, or removal within 72 hours of your appointment. • New Clients are not eligible for chemical peels CLIENT EXPECTATIONS: • Clients are to arrive at appointments by themselves. No extra people • Clients under the age of 17 need an adult guardian present.
